Dr. Woods was one of the founder partners in the practice, having started in January 1996. He is married to a nurse, has two daughters.
His special medical interest is in neurology.

Dr. Woolley joined the practice in 2017 as a salaried GP and became a full time partner in April 2018.
He is married with 2 children
His special interests are in minor surgery.
DR PREET SINGH

Dr. Singh joined us in February 2006 as a salaried GP & became a full-time partner in September 2012. He was a registrar here in 2004. His wife is a consultant psychiatrist and they have a daughter.
Special interests in cardiology & general medicine.

Dr. Ziyada joined in April 1998. Married with two children.
Special interests in eye diseases, women's health and family planning.

Dr. Liu joined the practice in February 1999. He is married and has 2 daughters.
His special interests are in ENT, minor surgery & information technology.
DR ANISHA PATEL

Dr. Patel trained at the practice and joined us as a salaried GP in September 2015, and became a part-time partner in October 2016. Her husband is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and she has 2 children.
Her specialist interests are Family planning and Respiratory Medicine.

Dr. Brennand joined us in April 2021 as a salaried GP. She is married with 3 children.
Her special interests are women's health family planning and diabetes.

Dr Oozeerally joined the practice in 2022 as a salaried GP.
She is married with 2 children,

Training Practice
We have a GP trainer in the surgery- Dr Woods- and will from time to time have GP Registrars attached. We also occasionally have Medical Students that will be sitting in with the GPs. You will always be informed of new registrars and students when they are sitting in surgeries.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Lisa Jelley joined the practice in January 2022. She qualified as a nurse in March 2014 and went on the undertake a Master degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2018.
She works for Holbrook Surgery 3 days per week undertaking minor illness clinics, clinical audits.
She also works for our Primary Care Network, 2 days per work as Clinical Operations Lead.

Care Co-ordinator
As the practice Care Co-ordinator, I provide assistance to any patients who are in need of extra support, to help them to remain living at home as independently and happily as possible, for as long as possible. A large part of my role is as a liason between patients and other staff at the surgery if needed, and also with any community organisations as appropriate
I also support patients who are carers for family members, friends etc, and who may be experiencing difficulties in their role
I work every day except Mondays, so if you feel I may be able to help you, please do contact me at the surgery, and I will do my very best for you.
Reception
Our team of receptionists will be your link with the medical and nursing staff at the surgery. They will try their best to help you with any queries.
Please ask them for appointments, home visits, advice regarding clinics, repeat prescriptions and for messages for the District Nursing Team. If you are requesting an emergency appointment or home visit, please assist the receptionist by giving brief details to pass on to the doctor.
Secretaries
Our secretaries will be able to assist you with any queries regarding correspondence with other agencies.
Community Nurses
The District Nurses are based at Rose Wing, Horsham Hospital. Messages can be left via One-Call on 01293 228311.
Health Visitors
The Health Visitors are based at Rose Wing, Horsham Hospital and can be contacted on 01403-227000 extn 7664.
They run the following clinics:
Roffey Children & Family Centre, Godwin Way, RH13 6SQ on Monday 10.00 - 11.30 am.
Holy Trinity Church Hall, Rushams Rd, RH12 2NT on Tuesday 2.00 - 3.30 pm.
Horsham Nursery School, Children & Family Centre, RH13 5UT on Wednesday 10.00 - 11.30 am.
Needles Children & Family Centre, Three Acres, RH12 1RS on Wednesday 2.00 - 3.30 pm.
Holbrook Club, North Heath Lane, RH12 5PJ on Thursday 10.00 - 11.30 am.
No appointments are necessary for these clinics.
They can give help and advice on any child care issue or parenting problems, i.e. sleep and behaviour/potty training/general child development, nutritional advice and minor ailments.
Assessments are offered for all children at 1 year and 2 years by appointment, which will be sent to you.
For first time parents, a visit is arranged at home in the antenatal period and a post natal group is run at Horsham Hospital. We work closely with other local agencies and can be a source of referral if you have specific problems, e.g. children with special needs.
